Returns
We offer no-questions-asked returns, subject to basic condition verification and fair use. Items must be returned as received (unused, unwashed, with original tags/packaging where applicable). We may refuse returns that indicate misuse or abuse.
Return window: 5 days from delivery
Refunds

Once the return is received and verified, refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Order cancellations
Before dispatch: You may request cancellation up-to 12 hours after making the order via WhatsApp support post which the window closes.
After dispatch: Cancellation is not possible; please follow the return process after delivery.
